Recipes | Chicken Salad
- Chicken breasts cut into slices
- 1 small iceberg salad torn into bite size pieces
- 1 lettuce torn into bite size pieces
- 1 heart of chicory torn into bite size pieces
- 2 kiwis thinly sliced
- 3 spring onions thinly chopped
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon hot mustard
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 100 gr Virgin Sesame Oil

In a big bowl combine the vegetable, the chicken, the raisins and the pine nuts. Blend into a sauce the egg yolks, mustard, vinegar and sesame oil. Season with salt. Pour the sauce on the salad, slice the egg whites, mix and serve.
